Welcome to Outlook Gymnastics Club!
We offer quality gymnastics programming to the community of Outlook, SK and surrounding area. Our focus is on developing physical literacy, building character, and long term athlete development. We are passionate about what we do and we hope to see you in the gym soon!
Why Gymnastics?
Gymnastics is THE foundation sport of choice. Through our gymnastics programs, we focus on developing physical literacy through seven fundamental movement patterns: spring, swing, object manipulation, rotation, locomotion, and stationary positions. These fundamental movement patterns develop strong, well rounded athletes who will excel in a variety of activities, including gymnastics and beyond.
What We Offer
We offer recreational gymnastics programming for ages two-adult as well as pre-competitive and competitive gymnastics programs for ages six and up. Check out our list of classes and class descriptions at the link below!
Our Coaches
Our coaches are trained and certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) as well as the Pre- Coach in Training Program (Pre-CIT). The NCCP provides extensive hands-on training to ensure that our coaches are well equipped and ready to provide quality gymnastics instruction. Our Pre-CIT training is done in house and provides our assistant coaches with the necessary skills to be able to assist as well as take the NCCP courses when they are ready to coach on their own!
